With over 15 years of experience in the bar and beverage industry, I've built my career in wine bars and restaurants with strong cocktail programs throughout the Philadelphia area. My passion lies at the intersection of wine and cocktails—creating beverage programs that are sophisticated yet approachable, profitable yet guest-focused.
My certifications include WSET Level 3, Spanish Wine Scholar, and Certified Sherry Specialist, with ongoing education in emerging wine regions and cocktail techniques. I've trained staff, developed seasonal menus, curated wine lists, and consulted on opening beverage programs for venues ranging from intimate wine bars to full-service restaurants.
